Once the contours of accessories have been drawn with AutoCAD, the first part of this module stores them in databases according to their characteristics (shade, thickness, treatment, etc.).

Once the accessories have been inserted into the drawing, Cesiom procedures size them and make a detailed drawing.

The user just has to enter the edges related to the various details to be able to automatically extract the lists involving the linear meters of accessories required, sorted by typology for the cutting and by typology and treatment for protection.

The second part of this module enables users to store the cladding sheets in databases.

The automatic drafting of the various layout elevations is based on the section cut of the layout plan.

The user can always intervene in the automatic result of some sheet metals thanks to the various Cesiom cutting and lengthening tools.

Many program libraries are available as standard and draughtsman can simply feed and modify them.
[title]Cesiom enables:[/title] - The layout plans of roofs/façades from AutoCAD drawings or drawings from other drafting software. - The management of cladding libraries that can be endlessly customized (metal sheets, trays, troughs, profiles, etc.). - Sheet metal management (with a choice of lengths in multiples of 0 or 5) which will be automatically marked in order to obtain the required layout plan lists. - The grouping of identical sheet metal lengths (the slot logic) in the surface layout plan phase. - The automatic generation of "cladding" detailed drawings, according to the elements included (cladding and sheet metal trays, accessories and frames). The composition elements of a detailed drawing are chosen by the user from the various databases according to their requirements. In addition, these databases keep a record of the cases most frequently encountered. - The storage of accessories (such as caps and weather boarding) according to their dimensions, in databases. - An automatic work order module for accessories, side dimensions and bending angles, finalizes a project in order to supply the sketches required for its manufacture. - The sloping (of roofs) to be taken into account. - The automatic generation of "cladding" detailed drawings, from cladding and sheet metal trays, accessories, frame, spacers, etc.). - Library management of supplied and customizable details. - The capture of the building edges for the automatic extraction of supply/cutting lists, together with the work order (cutting, bending) of the accessories. - The automatic drafting of detailed sketches with the dimensions of sides, bending angles, treatments, finishes and the quantity of accessories required according to the lengths of sheet metal for cutting. - The drawing of elevations from cuts, the creation of lists of materials per façade enabling the management of supplies and the preparation of "bundle" packing lists for transport and delivery, the changed configuration: max. and min. sheet metal lengths, the grouping of troughs with a choice of length per step, etc., and the sketches of accessory bending cuts make Cesiom the dedicated layout plan tool produced by professionals for professionals.
